Roof shrinkage and movement are frequent problems that can occur over time due to changes in temperature, moisture levels, and the natural aging of roofing materials. These movements can trigger fractures, voids, penetrations, and even structural damage if not effectively corrected. The primary measure in mitigating roof shrinkage is to determine the underlying mechanisms.
