 |Test of IP-star using antibodies against p300 and H3K27Ac in murine ES cells. Results are compared to classically done ChIPseq preparations for Oct4, Sox2, Nanog and TCF3 (Marson et al. 2008).&lt;br /&gt;

 |Test of IP-star using antibodies against H3K4me3 and K3K27me3 in murine ES cells. Manual preparations are done from 50m cells. IP-star preparations are done from 5m cells. The level of enrichment from the IP-star is lower then seen by hand but remains highly significant.&lt;br /&gt;
