The BioMicro Center maintains several automated liquid handlers as well as high throughput read out instruments. These instruments are used throughout many processes of Illumina library preparation and quality control. When not in use by the BioMicro Center staff, these instruments are available for use by the MIT community for research projects as walkup instruments. Additional instrumentation, including instrumentation rated for BL2 and BL2+ safety levels, are available in the KI Genomics Core in the High Throughput Facility located in 76-047.&lt;br /&gt;
