This is the shocking moment an off-duty police officer brutally assaults his 72-year-old neighbor after he accidentally hit the officer's paddleboard with his car. If you are you looking for more on review our internet site. <br>Victim Harry Horsley was assaulted by his neighbor of 36-years Scott Saunders, an 18-year veteran of the Police Department, in , on Monday July 24.<br>Horsley said he was left bloodied and bruised by the altercation, that another neighbor of theirs managed to capture on video. <br>In the cell phone video, Horsley is seen on the ground with the police sergeant on top of him pinning him down. <br>Horsley told that the assault started when he had been driving him and Saunders hit his with a paddleboard he was carrying. <br> In this still from the video, Saunders can be seen on top of his 72-year-old neighbor with his fist raised<br> Sergeant Saunders, pictured here in the center, has now been charged with assault and battery <br>The shocking video shows Horsley clearly struggling and trying to throw Saunders off him by kicking his legs. <br>As Saunders eventually gets off Horsley, the older man is red in the face as he backs away from the police officer.<br>The 72-year-old told the outlet he got out of his car and asked him: 'Why did you hit my ?<br><br>That's all I said.'<br>Horsley said the next thing he knew he was pushed to the ground and punched by Saunders. <br>He continued: 'He bull-rushed me down to the ground. Landed on top of me, I'm on my back. <br>'He pounded away, I'm like this trying to protect myself from getting hit worse.<br>'Here I am, 72 years old.<br>I shouldn't be taking a punch from anybody, let alone a Police Sergeant.'<br>Pembroke Police have since charged Saunders with assault and battery following the attack, which resulted in Horsley presenting at a local hospital. <br>A police report said that Horsley suffered a cut to the left side of his face, a bloody nose, swelling and bruising around an eye and other injuries.<br> Horsley told Boston 25 News that the assault started when he had been driving him and Saunders hit his car with a paddleboard he was carrying<br> A police report said that Horsley suffered a cut to the left side of his face, a bloody nose, swelling and bruising around an eye and other injuries<br>Horsley continued: 'He should have known that everything he has done, was wrong.<br><br>You don't assault somebody that's a senior. You just don't do it, its unheard of.'<br>Since the charge against him, Saunders has been placed on paid administrative leave and had his badge and service weapon taken from him. <br>The Hull Police Department has launched an internal affairs investigation and notified the Massachusetts Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission. <br>
